Factors Affecting Personal Customers’ Satisfaction With Quality Of Deposit Services At Vietnam Foreign Trade Joint Stock Commercial Bank Can Tho Branch (Published)

The main objective of the research problem is to determine the factors affecting the satisfaction of individual customers with the quality of savings deposit service at Can Tho VCB. To achieve the research objective, the author has conducted a survey of 288 individual customers who have been saving at Can Tho VCB, who are the subjects of the survey. The results of testing the hypotheses of the research model have shown that there are 06 independent variables arranged in descending order of impact that have a linear relationship with the dependent variable – Satisfaction. of individual customers for the quality of savings deposit services at Can Tho VCB, including savings interest rates (LS); responsiveness (DU); Reliability (STC); Bank brand (TH); Bank staff (NV) and Tangibles factor (PTHH). On the basis of the research results, the author proposes some managerial implications to continuously improve the quality of savings deposit services effectively, meet and satisfy customers’ satisfaction when depositing savings at Can Tho VCB.

Factors Affecting Credit Risk to Individual Customers at the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam Dong Thap Branch (Published)

Research on factors affecting credit risk for individual customers at Dong Thap BIDV was conducted by interviewing 130 individual customers who were borrowing money at Dong Thap BIDV through prepared questionnaires.The study uses methods such as descriptive statistics, absolute and relative number comparison, probit regression model to solve the research objectives. Research results show that there are 04 independent variables with a linear correlation with the dependent variable, including debt guarantee; The main industry generates income to pay off debt; Experience of credit officers; Number of dependents. From the research results, the authors propose a number of solutions to limit the credit risks of individual customers at Dong Thap BIDV in the next time.

Research Factors Affecting the Decision on Savings Deposit Of Individual Customers at Tan Binh Sacombank, Ho Chi Minh City (Published)

The study of factors affecting the decision of individual customers to choose a savings at Tan Binh Sacombank was conducted by surveying 295 individual customers who have been depositing savings at Tan Binh Sacombank through prepared questionnaires. The main objective of the study is to find out the factors that affect the decision of individual customers to choose savings at Tan Binh Sacombank. The results of testing hypotheses of the research model have shown that there are only 06 independent variables that have a linear correlation with the dependent variable – Savings deposit decision of individual customers at Tan Binh Sacombank is sorted by descending order includes Interest rate of the bank (β = 0.567); Convenience of the bank (β = 0.315); Bank staff (β = 0.275); Bank brand (β = 0.268); Promotion (β = 0.261) and Influence acquaintances (β = 0.169). Based on the research achieved results, the author will propose some governance implications to continuously improve the quality of effective savings deposit service, contributing to attracting individual customers to save money at Tan Binh Sacombank in the future.
