Factors Affecting B2C Buyers Behaviour of E-commerce Industry in the Context of Bangladesh (Published)

E-Commerce is rapidly growing as an impressive manifestation of globalization. The rapid expansion of e-commerce is a major opportunity for local and international trade in Bangladesh. The amount of trade conducted electronically has grown dramatically with the penetration of smart phones and internet among all segments of population in Bangladesh. Consumers prefer to shop online for various reasons such as saving time, better prices, convenience, higher selection options, and availability of products & services. Thus the businesses are required to understand the consumers’ expectations, attitudes, and behaviour across the globe. Among the e-commerce variety, B2C (Business to Consumer) model is the most prominent. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors which affect consumers buying behaviour. The study addresses the cultural differences, risk perceptions, and attitude by investigating Bangladeshi people about using B2C e-commerce sites, by analysing content of website, privacy and security, ethics in website, and motivation as an independent variable. The data is collected through online survey with 130 participants (119 usable), with the criteria that they purchase or order some product or service in online web sites in Bangladesh. The results show that B2C websites somewhat reflects the cultural impact that surrounds the consumer decision making. Individuals are also concerned with the data privacy and security. The paper also discusses some critical factors needed to successfully run an e-commerce start-up.

The Reliability Statistics of the Essential Factors Affecting A Successful Start-Up in Vietnam (Published)

In Vietnam, never the phrase “Start-up” is mentioned as much as in recent days. It’s like an impulse to act from a practical need. The year of 2016 was also chosen by the Government as the Year of Start-up. That is the good sign as the leaf spring newspapers. The core point when it comes to the spirit of starting a country and starting a business or individual is to think creatively and ceaselessly of the nation as well as of every individual and enterprise. Starting a business and continuous creative energy with a sense of fortitude is one of the key motivations for nation, enterprises and individuals to thrive if they do not want to a successful Start-up in Vietnam. The objective of the study is to test the reliability statistics of the key factors which affecting a successful startup in Vietnam. There were 200 managers of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) interviewed and answered about 13 questions. Data collected from April 2017 to November 2017 for managers of SMEs. The paper had been analyzed Cronbach’s Alpha testing and the result of Cronbach’s Alpha analysis which used for multiple regression analysis (next research). Managers’ responses measured through an adapted questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale (Conventions: 1: Completely disagree, 2: Disagree, 3: Normal; 4: Agree; 5: completely agree). Hard copy and online questionnaire distributed among 100.000 managers in Vietnam. The research results processed from SPSS 20.0 software.

System Analysis on the Start-Up Business Development for Youth Entrepreneurship at University (Published)

National problem on large number of educated unemployment should be addressed through higher learning institution. Entrepreneurship character and student willingness to look for alternative self-employment career has been explored. This study aims to analyze transformation process from start-up business to small medium enterprise for students during their academic year. This research used system of system methodology (SOSM) and Strategic Assumption Surfacing and Testing (SAST), to make formulation of conceptual models. Factors affect the transformation processes were found which are finance, market infrastructure, technology assurance, government support and availability of raw materials. In order to gain success as self employment, suitability element must be considered, which are entrepreneur’s personal circumstance, opportunities and goals. The performance driver for start-up transformation mainly students family support so that they have motivation on self-employed career with suitability factors. The model of financial support for start-ups stated the importance of introduction of specific loan scheme including venture capital and credit guarantee which could be provided by non-banking institution. It has been supporting the necessary condition of government agencies assistances, not only in infrastructure but also in flexible regulation to enhance SME business environment.
