The Effect of Public Perception on the Quality of Covid-19 Vaccination Services at the Lakologou Health Center, Baubau, Indonesia (Published)

This study aims to analyze the effect of public perception on the quality of Covid-19 vaccination services at the Lakologou Health Center, Baubau City, Indonesia. The research uses a quantitative research design with a survey approach. Data collection techniques in this study were distributing questionnaires, and collecting secondary data. The results showed that public perception had a positive and significant effect on the quality of the Covid-19 vaccination service at the Lakologou Health Center. This was shown through the results of the regression significance test. The level of closeness of the relationship and the influence of public perception on the quality of the Covid-19 vaccination service at the Lakologou Health Center. This means that changes that occur in the quality of Covid-19 vaccination services are influenced by public perception factors, the rest is determined by other factors not observed in this study. There is a significant regression effect and relationship between public perceptions of the quality of Covid-19 vaccination services at the Lakologou Public Health Center. This effect means that the increasing public perseption will have an effect on improving the quality of Covid-19 vaccination services.
