This paper employs combination of SWOT analysis method and Analytic hierarchy process, in strategic planning for Dealing Strategy Results Natural Resources. The Local Wisdom Dalihan Natolu Simangambat Village Batak Culture, which is located in the north sumatera Indonesia. SWOT analysis identifies internal and external factors which are prioritized by expert in rule domain by means of Analytic hierarchy process. The prioritized SWOT factors are used in strategies formulation using TOWS matrix. Results indicate that command hierarchy strategy and distribution results Natural Resources is Seventy-Five percent for traditional King and his descendents then twenty-Five Percent for Employees were the best. strategies that could have been implemented.
