Human Security in Arab Region: From Concept to Practice (Published)

This paper deals with human insecurity in Arab countries. First analyzing the existing methodologies for measuring human security then, I proposed some indicators that may serve as proxy descriptions of various aspects of human security. The paper uses the most recent information to highlight the state of human insecurity in the Arab countries. As is expected there is evidence to show that human security various among the countries of the region from a low level of security to a high level of security. Then illustrate how to operationalize human security from concept to practice.
