High Education and Its Impact on Economic Growth (Published)
Referring to the evolutionary economy and the national approach to innovation systems, higher education institutions are widely considered as a leading economic growth instrument. Education brings benefits not only to the individual, but also to the economy as a whole, and it is important to link the global, national, sectoral and spatial dimensions of educational-economic development relations.Thinking about the relationship between education, technological innovation, production and development, the dynamics at multiple scalar levels provide a way forward for education and development. The scope of this publication is to analyze the impact of higher education on economic growth and the main factors, benefits and costs of higher education in Albania’s economic performance. The purpose of this publication is to contribute to the literature by enabling a specific analysis of the impact that higher education has on economic growth, given that Albania is still a transitional country and the education system suffers in many cases from lack of funds and is affected by various reforms.

Economic Impact of Microfinance Service on Rural Farmers (Published)
Microfinance service has more focus on the economic transition to support alleviating poverty through giving financial services to the poor. The main objective of this study was to explore the impact of microfinance service on rural farmers. The study collected the data related with socio-economic status of farmers. The study was conducted among the 385 farmers of Syangja district of Nepal. The study found the significant changed in income and expenditure of farmers after involving in microfinance services. The microfinance services had provided the skill based training for income generation as well as provided the loan facilities to promote the micro-scale business. Still, 36.4% farmer were poor as a national standard of poverty score card so there was need to implement the livelihood program to improve the socio-economic status of farmers.

AN IMPACT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF KUALA NAMU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (KNIA) ON COMMUNITY’S SOCIOECONOMIC (Published)
The aim of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the impact of surrounding community on development of Kuala Namu Airport in Deli Serdang. This include the impact of social life and economy. The method of analysis used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression test. The dependant variable in this study is the main job shift, while the independant variables are the perceptions of Kuala Namu Airport presence (X1), social impact (X2) and economic impact (X3). The sample is 52 respondents from the sub-districts of Tanjung Morawa, Batang Kuis and Beringin. The findings revealed that simultaneously the presence of Kuala Namu Airport has an impact on social life, economy, work shift of community surrounding the Airport. While, partially concluded that the community appreciate the presence of Kuala Namu Airport which has an impact to the economy, and the community’s social life has not an effect on the presence of Kuala Namu Airport.
