Emerging Trends in Judicial Corruption in Nigeria

Abstract

This paper examines judicial corruption in Nigeria. It analyses what constitutes judicial corruption and its manifestations. It treated the causes of judicial corruption in Nigeria and gave insight to the effects of judicial corruption in Nigeria. It concludes that there is need for an upright and a forthright judiciary in Nigeria to enhance sustainable development goals and reduce the effect of corruption in Nigeria.
