This research investigates associations between digital technology usage, lifestyle behaviors, and health-related scores using a dataset of 16,000 records. Social media use, AI tool use, sleep, physical activity, and mental and physical health scores were analyzed descriptively, with group comparisons, Pearson correlations, and visualizations. Negative associations were found between social media use and mental health (r=-0.40) and physical health scores (r=-0.31), while sleep and physical activity were positively correlated with both outcomes. Overall, AI tool usage was only weakly correlated with health scores. Because the dataset is synthetic, and association does not establish causation or statistical significance, the findings should be interpreted as exploratory patterns rather than health evidence from real-world data.
