Event-Driven Architecture for Real-Time Analytics in Cloud CRM Platforms (Published)

Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) emerges as a transformative paradigm for enabling real-time analytics in cloud CRM platforms, particularly in manufacturing environments where timely insights drive critical business decisions. This article explores how Salesforce and similar platforms can leverage EDA principles to transition from batch-oriented systems to responsive ecosystems capable of delivering instant insights.
