Green Operation Practice and Organizational Performance in Selected Manufacturing Firms in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria (Published)
The goal of this study was to determine how green operation affected organizational performance in a selected Nigerian manufacturing companies in Akwa Ibom State. The study used a descriptive survey approach, and 179 sample were drawn from a total of 295 populations. With the research goal in mind, two hypotheses were developed. A structured questionnaire that was given to the respondent utilizing random sampling procedures served as the primary tool for data collection. Regression analysis was used for the data analysis. The findings indicate that green manufacturing and design have a significant impact on organizational performance in specific Akwa Ibom State manufacturing enterprises. Based on the analysis’s findings, it is concluded that green manufacturing and green design are relational variables that can affect organizational performance at Nigerian manufacturing companies. As a result, it is suggested that industrial companies in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, incorporate these green design concepts. Designers may develop strategies that reduce negative environmental effects, conserve resources, advance human health and wellbeing, and help build a more resilient and sustainable future. Additionally, green manufacturing lowered resource use, reduced waste, and increased operational efficiency, all of which resulted in cost savings.

Six Sigma Manufacturing and Performance of Brewing Firms in South-South, Nigeria (Published)
The broad objective of this paper is to determine the type of relationship that exists between Six Sigma Manufacturing and Performance of brewing firms in South-South, Nigeria. Specifically, this study seeks to ascertain the type of relationship between quality input and profitability of brewing firms in South-South, Nigeria. The study was anchored on The Theory of Constraint (TOC) propounded by Goldraft (1984). Expost-facto research design was adopted for the study. Secondary data extracted from the annual financial reports of the three studied brewing firms (Guinness Nigeria Plc, Champion Brewery and International Brewery Plc.) were used for the study with regression analysis applied on the collected data. Results obtained from the test of the hypothesis revealed that a significant positive relationship exists between quality input and profitability since (F-statistic = 57.11217; R-squared = 0.815; P <.05). Based on the findings, the researchers concluded that there exists a strong significant positive relationship between Six Sigma Manufacturing and Performance of brewing firms in South-South, Nigeria.

The Effects of Organizational Structure on the Performance of Organizations (Published)
An organization can be likened to a building whose strength is determined by the structure and frames which holds it. The structure is the manner in which interrelated elements (resources) are arranged so that the building can be stable, resist stress and it provides the right form. To this end, for the performance of an organization to be effective, it is important to understand the right manner in which interrelated elements (structure) in the specific organization is arranged. To measure the performance of the organization, dependent variables such as sales, profit, and customer satisfaction will be considered. Also, the study utilized independent variables centralization and formalization organizational structures. This is to show the effects of the dependent variables on the independent variable. The research adopted quantitative design and applied mono method which brought about numerical data generated from questionnaire administered. The population of this study comprises of all staff of Covenant Micro Finance Bank as well as the customers of the banks. Total sum of 354 sample size comprising of both employees (51) and customers (303) of Covenant Micro Finance Bank is the sample size. The propositions assumed for this study are that: there is no relationship between organizational centralization and organizational customer satisfaction, there is no relationship between organizational centralization and organizational profit, there is no relationship between organizational formalization and organizational customer satisfaction and that there is no relationship between organizational formalization and organizational profit. Also, among the secondary data collected are views of various management researchers. As a result of the primary and secondary data collected, the study recommends that organizations should adopt decentralization structure and reduce formalization in the work place.

Managing Channel Conflict for Enhanced Organizational Performance (Published)
The focal point of this study is managing channel conflict for enhanced organizational performance. It is a survey research and the main instrument of data collection was the questionnaire. Out of three hundred and forty five questionnaires administered, 86% or three hundred were retrieved and used in the analysis. Statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was strictly used in the analysis. The Pearson product moment correlation analysis was used to test the various hypotheses earlier formulated. The study found that conflict affects the performance of the channel members negatively. There is inverse relationship between conflict and profitability. As a result of these findings, it was recommended, amongst others, that conflict in all its ramifications be minimized so as not to distract channel members from performing optimally

The organizations should focus, promote and endorse the effective use of HR policies for the enhancement of pace of Organizational performance. The management of performance can often involve tough decisions such as choosing who to let go, who to promote and who to hire. Keeping the decision making process behind closed doors is an ethical practice that breeds the least amount of contention possible
