This study delves into the convergence of Cloud-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain technologies within the financial sector, with an emphasis on augmenting transparency and operational efficiency. By critically analyzing current frameworks and proposing a hybrid architecture, the research elucidates how these technologies can synergistically mitigate the limitations inherent in conventional financial systems. Simulation results, alongside a case study from the real world, validate the efficacy of the proposed model, demonstrating enhanced performance metrics, fortified security protocols, and improved accountability measures.
